Payment Policy
You may pay for any transaction on the Website using a valid credit card, debit card, or any other payment card, net banking, or another payment instrument (collectively, “Virtual Payment Modes”), or through our cash-on-delivery option. Cheque on delivery is available in Ahmedabad only.
All terms and modalities relating to the Virtual Payment Modes are governed separately by the arrangement between you and the relevant bank or financial institution, as the case may be. Sygnia is not responsible in any manner for any liability arising in relation to any aspect of the Virtual Payment Modes, including any fraudulent transaction.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms of Use, you agree to indemnify Sygnia against any liability arising in this regard.
Sygnia will not be liable for any loss of any nature, direct or indirect, arising from the decline of authorisation for any transaction — including where you exceed the pre-set permissible limit on your credit card, debit card, any other payment card, or net-banking account, as applicable.
At our sole discretion, we may require further authorisation from you, such as telephone confirmation of your order or other information.
Payment options
Sygnia offers its customers the following payment options:
Credit card, debit card & net banking
Make your purchases online using your credit card, debit card, or net banking. All online transactions are secure, kept confidential, and routed through Paytm.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Pay in cash at the time your order is delivered.
Cheque on delivery (with prior notice)
Available for transactions with a minimum order value of Rs 2,000, subject to prior approval by the Sygnia team. The cheque must:
- be drawn in favour of ‘POP Online Services Private Limited’;
- be from a local branch; and
- be current-dated.
Corporate account
An association with Sygnia simplifies your business transactions further by providing credit on request to organisations based in Ahmedabad’s urban and suburban areas for a period of 7, 14, or 30 days. To use this facility, you must request conversion to a corporate account with Sygnia, and a minimum order of Rs 2,000 is required to process each credit request per order.
