You shall be entitled to use a valid credit / debit and / or any other payment cards, online banking facility or other payment instrument (“Virtual Payment Modes”) or cash on delivery/cheque on delivery (ahmedabad only) option to make payment against any transaction being effected at the Website.
You agree and accept that all nuances and modalities relating to Virtual Payment Modes shall be separately governed by arrangement(s) / terms and conditions between you and the relevant banks and / or financial institutions, as the case may be. We would not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any liability that may arise in relation to any aspect of / relating to the Virtual Payment Modes (including any fraudulent transaction).
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms of Use, you agree to indemnify the Sygnia for any liability arising in this regard.
We will not be liable for the loss of any nature whatsoever caused to you arising, directly or indirectly, out of decline of authorization for any transaction, resulting from you exceeding your pre-set permissible payment limit under your credit / debit and or any other payment cards and / or online banking accounts, as applicable.
We may, at our sole discretion, require further authorization from you, such as a telephone
confirmation of your order and / or other information. Sygnia provides its customers the

- Credit Card/Debit Card / Net Banking:
Sygnia provides credit/debit card and net banking facilities to make purchases online. All the online transactions are secure and kept confidential and routed through Paytm.
- Cash on Delivery:
Sygnia also provides Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Cheque on Delivery (With Prior Notice):
- Sygnia provides Cheque on Delivery payment option for transactions with a minimum order amount of Rs. 2000, subject to prior approval by the Sygnia team. Any corporate entity avail these facility on these terms:
This payment option is exclusively available for Pvt Ltd, Corporate Companies or Businesses in Ahmadabad urban and suburb area.
- Cheque should be pay in the name of ‘POP Online Services Private Limited’.
- Cheque should be from local branch.
- Cheque should be current dated.
- Corporate Account:
An association with Sygnia simplifies your business transactions further by providing credit on request to organizations based in Ahmadabad urban and suburb area for a period of 7/14/30 days. However, for the credit request user have to request for the conversion of corporate account with Sygnia and a minimum order of Rs.2000 is required to process the credit request every order.
