RETURN AND CANCELLATION
you can cancel an order after placing it. However, this is only possible if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. The Customer shall ensure that it does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
Products purchased by a Customer can be Returned/Replaced by Sygnia within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date by placing a “Return Order” or “Replacement Order” request on “info.ho@gallons.co.in” or by calling the Sygnia’s Customer Care Center on 07926662666 if Customer finds that the Product delivered is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the product that was ordered or is expired or does not meets the specification listed on the website. Returns or Replacement will be entertained only once for each order.

Only unopened and unused items can be returned.
While returning, make sure the item is in its original packaging with labels, tags, and in saleable condition. Hence, please do not open the packaging if you decide to return the item. All returned items will be subjected to inspection by Sygnia before proceeding with replacements or refunds.
In case of Return or Replacement of any Product, the Sygnia will arrange pick up of such Products. The Customer will assist to return the Product completely in the same condition as it was received along with all accessories/booklets/freebies etc. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton. At the time of pickup, the Customer will be provided with an acknowledgement of Return pick up by the Courier. The Customer should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or produce the same in all future communications with the Sygnia, in this regard.
Any replacement/exchange shall be processed only where the Product is available and in all other cases, the Customer will be provided with a refund along with shipping charges, if any actually paid by the Customer in relation to such Product.
Sygnia will make reasonable endeavor that any eligible refund / credit note is initiated within 15 days of receipt of returned products. The approved refund amount will be credited to Customer’s bank account/refunded into credit card or debit card account as the case may be within such time as taken by banking channels to process such refund.
In case of any defect arising after delivery of the Product or after demo/installation of the Product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with respective manufacturer’s warranty terms.
In case any free item is found defective then the Sygnia shall arrange for the replacement of the free item only and the main Product shall not be replaced. If any free gift is not available with Sygnia for an exchange, the Product will be taken back along with the free gift and the eligible refund will be processed.
Order once placed on Sygnia can be requested for cancellation if the order is not dispatched for delivery by placing “Cancel Order” request on “info.ho@gallons.co.in” or by calling Customer Care Center on 9909992166 Sygnia reserves the right to reject the cancellation request and in its sole discretion may decide appropriately after taking into consideration the product category, whether purchased by Sygnia specifically against the Order, whether products are proprietary in nature, whether customized on special request of customer, whether significant cost is incurred by Sygnia to arrange delivery of Product etc. If cancellation request is rejected by Sygnia after providing adequate reasons, Customer will be obliged to accept delivery and make payment against the product(s). If the order is requested for cancellation after payment has been processed, and if cancellation is approved by Sygnia, the said amount will be refunded in accordance with above mentioned process.
Sygnia is a retailer, selling products manufactured by other brands. We do not have control over the quality of the products. We request you to read the product description carefully for proper understanding of the product. However, if you are not satisfied with the product quality, feel free to get in touch with the manufacturer directly.
- We strive hard to fulfil all the orders. However, we may have to cancel your order at times and this will be done after informing you, under conditions listed below:
As we do not keep inventory of all the items listed on our site, your order fulfilment may depend on the availability of the item(s) in the market. If the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will not be in a position to fulfil it.
All items to be shipped have to pass rigorous quality tests in our warehouse. If our dispatch team finds that a particular item is not fit to be shipped and the replacement is not available in the market, we may cancel your order.
Your delivery location is in a non serviceable area.
If you have received broken, incorrect or non-functional products call us at +91-9909992166 or drop us an email at info.ho@gallons.co.in within 48 hours of delivery of those items. We will get back to you at the earliest and may ask you to share photos of the damaged/wrong item(s). Upon confirmation, we will get the item picked from your address. If return facility is not available at your location, we may ask you to courier the item to us. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, replacement shall be dispatched to you in case of confirmed fault.
Please note that the damaged/wrong items have to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
In case the particular product is not available with us, a refund shall be arranged at the earliest.
